Profile of Hypertensive Patients Indicated to Surgical Procedures in The Oral Cavity

Objective: The present study aimed to evaluate the profile of hypertensive patients, indicated surgical procedures in oral cavity.
 Methods: Treated an observational and cross-sectional research, with a quantitative approach, whose sample consisted 50 medical records patients diagnosed arterial hypertension. A survey was conducted at Clinical School University Center Patos - UNIFIP / PB. Data collection performed by single examiner. information distributed on form prepared for this purpose. data were computed using SPSS software Windows, v. 22, analyzed descriptive statistics that use as frequencies, media standard deviations.
 Results: average age 48 years. majority composed women (58%); white (40%); non-smoking (52%) ex-alcoholics (36%).
